Torquil Allen
Community Pastor & Theological Facilitator
Torquil Allen is a dedicated pastor, theologian, and mentor with a deep passion for guiding others in their faith journey. He lives in East London with his wife, Colette, and their four children. His own spiritual journey began nearly 30 years ago following a radical conversion that transformed his life.
Torquil’s early faith development took place within a Baptist church in East London, where he quickly became an active member, serving as a Sunday Club Teacher, Youth Services Coordinator and Leader, and an elected Church Leader for six years. His commitment to ministry led him through extensive training, culminating in his ordination as a Fully Accredited Baptist Minister in 2023. He served as a pastor at Frampton for eight years, shepherding his congregation with wisdom and care.
With a heart for discipleship, Torquil is passionate about equipping young adult Christians to engage deeply with Scripture. He seeks to strengthen their conviction, commitment, and love for Jesus by providing thoughtful and well-researched responses to some of the most challenging theological questions—questions that often lead some to struggle in their faith or disengage entirely.
Beyond his ministry, Torquil is a devoted husband and father, a talented cook with a flair for Caribbean cuisine, and an enthusiastic supporter of Newcastle United, an allegiance that is frequently in lively discussions with his two sons who support Arsenal and Manchester United.

Joseph Lukwago is a visionary leader, digital strategist, and ethical technology advocate with a deep passion for equipping young adults to thrive in faith and life. His journey spans over two decades of pioneering digital transformation, fostering community-driven innovation, and shaping responsible technology policies across government, non-profits, and faith-based organisations. As the Co-Founder of Unshakeable 360, Joseph is committed to ensuring that young adults have access to a dynamic, faith-driven learning experience that empowers them spiritually, intellectually, and professionally.
With a strong background in ICT strategy, digital ethics, and social entrepreneurship, Joseph has served in government advisory and directorship roles, including founding Joy For Humanity. His work in bridging the digital divide and creating scalable solutions for underserved communities fuels his mission at Unshakeable 360, where faith and innovation converge to shape the next generation.
Joseph's commitment to discipleship and faith formation is evident in his role as Church Coordinator at Frampton Park Baptist Church, where he supports ministry programmes, preaches, and nurtures spiritual growth. Beyond ministry, he is passionate about mentoring young adults in entrepreneurship and professional development, equipping them to navigate both faith and career with confidence.
A devoted husband and father, Joseph enjoys life with Emmanuel, an energetic and sharp young character whose curiosity keeps life engaging. Whether leading digital innovation or guiding young adults in faith, Joseph embodies a life of purpose, leadership, and unwavering commitment to transformation.
